In its fourth year the Argenta Arts Festival, formerly Thea Arts Festival, will feature artists whose works include basketry, ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, print making, metal, wood, leather and sculpture. Other activities will include artist demonstrations and hands-on activities for kids to create their own art.

The North Little Rock Mini Maker Faire, held adjacent to the Arts Festival, is a community based learning event that inspires everyone to become a maker. Makers include tech enthusiasts, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, students, entrepreneurs and artists. The Argenta Art Festival and NLR Mini Maker Faire are where art meets science.

Event attendees will be entertained with live music at the Argenta Branch Laman Library; and the Argenta Farmers Market will be open providing locally grown fresh produce and products.
